9/11: God Bless America

In honor of the anniversary of the tragic events of September 11th, 2001 I would like to post some photos of the events but mostly I would like to post pictures that capture the aftermath.

These pictures grasp the mood after the smoke cleared. They display the overwhelming feelings of patriotism felt by so many sad Americans.

Perhaps these photographs can help someone who has forgotten the feelings they were experiencing within the hours, days, months after the attacks.
